How do I order an in-stock dress?+

Send us the style code (for example YG-03) on WhatsApp or email with your size. We confirm availability and the total, you pay, and the piece ships within 48 hours with a tracking number.

What is the difference between in-stock and made to order?+

In-stock pieces are ready garments — ideal as quality samples. Made-to-order means your size, or a simple change (color, fabric, neckline, length) on one of our existing styles. Ladies' custom takes 7–10 days; children's custom takes 2 days.

Can I get a sample before a bulk order?+

Yes. Order any in-stock style directly as a sample, or request a custom sample first — the sample fee and timeline are quoted with your design. Photos of the sample are sent before you approve final production.

How long does shipping take?+

Express delivery (DHL, FedEx or similar) typically takes 3–7 days worldwide; sea freight is available for bulk orders. We can ship DDP to your door or to your own freight forwarder. The exact cost is quoted with your order.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal. For large orders we can discuss other terms — just ask when requesting your quote.
